Cities around the world, especially the capitals, are compare to their beauty and facilities each other.  Apart from industrial areas and factories, construction of sightseeing, leisure places and development of the world, not possible without labor.
Shortly, the beauty of the world involves the sweat of labor but Whether the workers support its rights or not is a question. There are labor laws in every country, but how much they can do to implement.
We are celebrating labor day every year in the world but the right to workers is not recognized in some countries. There extremist humanity is treated with workers migrate  from other countries. They are exploited and their compulsion is lifted.
Although the international community agrees broadly on the need to respect labor standards, agreement does not extend to what those standards should be. Forced labor and slavery are almost universally regarded as repugnant, but other labor safeguards thought vital in the world’s richest countries are not widely observed elsewhere.
The new amendments to the Saudi Arabian labor laws came into force on 18 October 2015. The reforms follow the Saudi Ministry of labor’s ongoing efforts to strike a balance between the creation of a dynamic marketplace for foreign businesses and protection and development of the local workforce.
In the article we will focus on the migrate laborer in Saudi Arabia because there are a large number of Pakistani who are facing to different problems. According to those who spent a period in Saudi Arabia .  Effective labor market policies inclusive of labor migration issues are complex and require reliable quantitative and qualitative data. But labor migration statistics are needed, not only for informing policy debates at the regional and international levels. But also for formulating , implementing and evaluating labor migration policies which address the real effects of migration. But here are some facts about the KSA to explain. There are workers of poor countries Pakistan, Nepal ,   Bangladesh, Afghanistan , Serylanka etc but Pakistani are much more. According to them human rights violate a severe violation the example of which is difficult in other countries where there are more people working on daily wages. Saudi citizens' royal temperament is included in their historical nature when there was a slave business and they would have been tortured them and they used to work as donkeys. They do discrimination with the workers and they consider them personal property and do not look at human eyes .International labor standards prescribe access to fundamental rights for all workers, but as corporate power and inequality grows internationally. These results show governments and employers have improvements to make. Before Saudi Arabia and Yemen war there were 3 million Pakistanis who now lived less than 2 million. The KSA government take action to force them out and to stop their salaries. Many companies shut down after this war. The companies stopped the huge amount of workers. They used to spend only 200 or three hundred SR monthly to live. Due to this abusive, workers often become mentally patients because those who go to Saudi Arabia they pay five hundred thousand rupees to buy a visa but in Saudi their passports are captured and salaries are not given. Poor Pakhtuns tribal men sell their proprietary land and lots of goods to buy visa to migrate the Saudi. They are trapped there in problems and difficulties. They are threatened to arrest them If they complain they punished and to close their visas therefore they afraid to Saudi citizens. If any person wants to renew his sty process he would have to pay Rs. 20,000 SR. Those who want to go back to their country do not have a return ticket. Those who go to other countries have dreams and hopes in their hearts for a bright future. According to those who go there, the person targets their Afghan dresses and this process continue from enter to KSA airport. They are treated as slaves. They are paid less and working  hard . Although Islamic religion has been asked good behavior with the workers Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said,{pay the workers sweat before being dry}.

The Companies worldwide offer free visas to workers and technical staff but in Saudi Arabia visas are sold at the highest price. Pakistan's tribal people buy expensive visas and go there to trade, gold, credit and construction but now a days they are bankrupt due to Saudi-Yemen war. Workers' wages worldwide increase yearly, but in Saudi Arabia become to low than 1200 SR to eight hundred monthly. Taxes pay 10,000 rupees per year from a laborer. If workers die during their work, they should not allow their body to carry their country and take a time one to two months to clear the documentation. There is no importance of a death of a foreigner person  than their goat to die. There n KSA is a severe punishment for criminals, but the workers are not criminals they are only the hard workers to save their life same other. This is the result of their discrimination with their foreigner workers. There is a criminal deal with foreign women those who work at their homes. They would have sexually exploited and stuck forever because they do not pay salaries to return to their country. That's why they are afraid. But this is a different topic which needs to be highlighted by human rights organizations and media. In Saudi Arabia, workers of every country face difficulty and legal issues .Pakistan does nothing for its migrant workers despite complaints by the workers in there. There is a Pakistan Employment Forum in Kuwait working to solve the problem of workers .There in Saudi should be an organization similarly to work for victims. The laborers are in grave difficulties and no one to hear and solve their problems. The International human rights organizations should be invented to verify these facts. Human rights organizations and the United Nations should focus on workers in Saudi Arabia and do to solve their problems due to international labor laws.
