Violation of human rights in FATA

When we mention about FATA so come in our minds issues and difficulties about the tribal life. After seventy years of salvation from the British slavery they are suffering injustice of kingdom even now. Deprived of state citizenship, sentenced in non-human behavior of political administration, oppressed by human rights and arrested in the chain of frustrated system of FCR these people are hide of the views of human rights organizations and Pakistani dictators. They are living at the Pak-Afghan border like a wall. There are social issues of all the tribal area and some of them are individual in every agency. In North Waziristan people still faced to dangerous situation where few years ago the military operation was against the terrorists, people of the area migrated to other areas. After completion of army operation people came in to their homes but on return they get more problems for living. Their homes were deserted. Their business center and markets were destroyed in operation. The people had to start a new life but their roads and paths were not clear to use. Daily curfew and closure of routes is pain headache for people. This is a dangerous situation that after operation there are explosions of IDEs were spreading by terrorists which is risk of humanity therefore the return tribesmen are afraid of fear and frustration. In this regard the tribesmen of Waziristan held a meeting with Political administration. In meeting tribesmen demanded to cleaned up the area of IDEs. Otherwise they threatened to government that they will protest into front of UN office, parliament house and foreign embassies in Islamabad.

In another tribal area Mohmand agency there is no any mobile service network which is off for last six months which a big problem of communication to community because a large number of tribal are out of area for working or laboring in other cities and in foreign. In this case the people shouted, political and welfare organizations demonstrated protest. The people picked up the issue to the administration but they are silent to answer like India to Kashmiri. The Mohmand tribes asked that law and order situation is also in Baluchistan, Karachi and other areas but there is no ban on mobile network anywhere. Political and government officials cannot be solved this problem therefore the people demanded for Gen. Qamar Javed Bajwa to solve the problem.

Similarly FATA biggest issue is FCR which is the root of all the issues and problems of FATA. To erase this black stains and curse of the British all the tribal youth are in full protest but no one to listen their scream. In this case the Jumaat-e-Islami has announced for long march to Islamabad at September 25th. As the poet says “ This house burnt fire by from home lamp”.   

 Big barrier in FATA reforms are Maulana Fazlu Rahman and Mehmood Khan achakzai. The government has tried to implement the reforms or to merge the FATA into KP but these both persons are not agree to process.
